Steve Tyreman, who heads up SPS Project Management, has wide-ranging experience, which has taken him from the picturesque valleys of Tuscany to the scenic hills of Somerset.

After completing the full renovation and restoration of his own rustic cottage on the Suffolk and Norfolk border in the late 1990s, he moved to Italy where he spent 12 years working as a project manager.

This saw him oversee the rebuilding and restoration of a number of exquisite stone farmhouses and luxury villas.

Since his return to the UK, he has worked as a renovation contractor and developer in both new build and renovation, while continuing his project management work on self and new-build properties, as well as renovations.
